Jennifer Wayman, MHS

With decades of experience designing national campaigns and initiatives that benefit individuals and society, Jennifer has built a career out of making positive change in the world.

 

She is a visionary and results-driven executive leader with 30+ years of experience in public health communications, social change, health policy, and national-level campaign development and implementation for federal and state government agencies, Fortune 100 companies, and leading non-profits.


Jennifer is skilled in working with concepts, theories, and best practices related to behavioral science, behavior change, health literacy, health equity, social and economic determinants of health, social marketing, and policy, systems and environmental change. She is also a recognized expert in public-private partnership development.


Prior to founding JCW Communications, Jennifer was President and CEO of Hager Sharp and Managing Director, Social Change at Ogilvy. There, she led numerous high-impact campaigns, built high-performing teams, led business development valued at over $200 million, and won nearly 100 industry awards for creative and effective campaigns and programs.
